Complaints Policy
If something has gone wrong, I would rather hear about it directly and early than find out later that you were unhappy.
How to Raise a Complaint
Contact me by phone on (501) 551‑4002 or by email at contact@mrpaintlr.com. Include the property address, roughly when the work was done, and a description of the problem. Photographs are genuinely useful.
If the issue involves active water entry or anything unsafe, call rather than email so I can respond quickly.
What Happens Next
I aim to acknowledge a complaint within two business days and to tell you who is handling it.
Where the issue relates to finished work, I will normally arrange to come and look at it. Some problems are straightforward; others need investigation, particularly leaks, where the visible symptom is often not at the point of entry.
I will then explain what I found, whether I consider it my responsibility, and what I propose to do about it, along with a timeframe. My aim is to resolve matters within 30 days, and to keep you updated if something takes longer.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
Ask for the matter to be escalated to the business owner, who will review it directly.
